Benoit Martel

President and Founder of R2i

Benoit has been in the business and IT sector for more than 25 years. He began his career as an IT advisor, supporting multinational organizations in their strategic decisions. He then founded R2i in 2014. Thanks to his leadership and extensive technical skills, he knows how to mobilize teams that go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Colleagues say he’s a very good listener and a brave leader. And he never shies away from risks.

Frédéric Marcil

IT Director

Frédéric has more than 25 years of experience in the IT world, more specifically with the IBM i system as well as high availability and replication solutions. Over the years, he has become an invaluable resource for organizations thanks to his meticulous preparation and timely, effective interventions with clients. Frédéric is also an excellent communicator and loves sharing his passion and knowledge.

Bernard Deschênes

Vice-President Operations

Bernard has more than 30 years under his belt in the IT sector. His pragmatism enables him to find solutions for strategic and operational challenges of every kind. He loves implementing solutions that are aligned with the industry’s best practices to meet set objectives. Bernard also has several years of experience as a team manager. He views IT as a field that relies on technology but one that also involves humans and teamwork.

Nicolas Brodeur

National Director of Sales

Nicolas is the National Director of Sales and has been working in the information technology industry for over 35 years. He has spent the majority of his career in IT, developing deep expertise in traditional, cloud, and hybrid IT infrastructure solutions. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping clients optimize, enhance, and transform their technology environments, ensuring strong alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives. Psst! Nicolas is known as a highly collaborative leader who brings people together and helps bridge the gap between different business units.
