Sean has been a Linux user since his teens and his career has been focused on infrastructure, architecture, and security of Linux environments. Since joining SUSE, he has spoken and given technical presentations and demos to governments, corporate clients, and at large industry events including SAP TechEd && D-code in Las Vegas, SUSECON in Orlando, Amsterdam, and Washington, DC, the Open Infrastructure Summit in Berlin, and the Salon du logiciel libre du Québec in the city of Québec. Paul Davies Beer Sommelier | Cicerone I am an accredited Beer Sommelier, certified Cicerone® and international beer judge, and have been conducting beer tours, tutored tastings, and sensory training for many years. Over the years I have amassed a huge amount of knowledge of London’s pubs, craft breweries and taprooms, and built up a network of contacts with some of the key people involved in the city’s vibrant beer culture. I have also amassed an intensive knowledge of the best breweries and beer festivals in Belgium. I visit the country frequently, developing contacts within the industry to ensure that my guests enjoy the best Belgium beer experiences possible. In a previous life, I was a member of the Quality team at Fuller’s, London’s oldest brewery. I also delivered brewery tours at its Griffin Brewery in Chiswick, welcoming visitors from the UK and overseas. I have hosted tutored beer tastings for many years and have a thorough knowledge of beer – from grain to glass. I look forward to sharing my knowledge, enthusiasm, and experience with you.
